Our approach is to learn how your business works and what kind of information you need and then provide whatever expertise and training is required to help you get it. We understand spending more money on technology is not always the answer. In many cases the solution is procedural or personnel changes or additional training. Our knowledge and experience with many different accounting and business applications in many different types of companies gives us an ability to understand your requirements better than the typical computer repair company.

With all the different software available, there are still times when you have a requirement that just doesn’t “fit” into any off-the-shelf package. Our Software Development Group can create custom software and database applications to meet your specific needs. We develop on several modern platforms including Microsoft Visual Studio .net, SQL Server, and Oracle. We can also write custom reports or special programs linked to your existing applications to fill in the gaps and help maximize the benefit from the software you already have.
With all three groups in-house and the experience of managing a full-service solution we can provide the customer a one-stop-shop so technology becomes something you don’t have to worry about any more. We also take it a step further by working with your other technology vendors (such as telecom and specialized software providers) on your behalf. This means if you need additional phone lines or an internet T1 or have an issue with your accounting software, we can work with the other vendor to get it resolved so you don't have to spend your time dealing with it.
